Work process of motorized louver pergola

Aluminum gazebo roof as a new fashion pergola widely use on the backyard and commercial center. You may curious how is the aluminum pergola do process on the workshop.

 

When we get the approved drawings from customer, we will arrange the the workshop to prepare the aluminum opening roof raw materials in stock. And use CNC cutting machine to cut the profiles as per drawing. Also prepare the related accessories - screws, bolts and connectors.

 

After finish the cutting, screwing process of aluminum louver pergola. Worker will transfer the aluminum roof pergola to a workshop to make the fashioning and preassembling. QC will check all the settings - Motors, Side screens and led lights to make sure everything good and workable.

 

Later on, we will take down the aluminum opening roof. Clean all the profiles and accessories, and then packed will film cover. Paste the mark labels on each pack and check all the accessories according to the product list. All clear up, will put on the full cover plywood box to ready to ship out.
